Groundwater Issues

There are two components to this section of the web site, our groundwater issues portal and our groundwater issues web pages.

The groundwater portal provides links to other web sites which include useful information for the groundwater community. The portal has three main sections.

• Organisations which provide information relevant to current groundwater issues
• Groundwater legislation and policy information for England and Wales
• Links to groundwater information on the Environment Agency web site.

A series of web pages have been developed specifically for the Forum web site on topical groundwater issues. Each issue is summarised and links to other useful sites given. Our groundwater issues pages are divided into the following categories:

• Groundwater Quality
• Groundwater, Climate Change and Extreme Events
• The Groundwater Profession
